"Very happy"

I am home sitting in Sheffield this week, quite far from home, and developed a Urinary Tract infection which became quite acute today.

I tried to get an appointment with a local GP but that was not possible, so I went to the Walk in service on Broad Lane and was treated pleasantly, sympathetically and efficiently. I was seen relatively quickly, given the numbers waiting and was prescribed antibiotics.

I don't know what I'd have done otherwise.

I am very grateful for this service.
