"Unable to be seen"

I presented at the clinic with a sore throat that I suffer with regularly and have tendency to develop in abscesses. I had trouble breathing and could not move my neck. This was a 7.20 I was sent away and told to go to a and e. I do not think this is acceptable when I was told to attend by 111. If you stop seeing patients at 7.20 then that should be your closing time.
