"I have no confidence in this service"

About: Three Towns Resource Centre

(as the patient),

Where do I start?  Over a year ago I was referred to the centre due to suffering from depression.  I saw a CPN who referred me to their Psychiatrist. After a very long wait I got an appointment at the end of which I was told he had no time/space to take me on but he would refer me back to a CPN for further appointments.  I waited months and never got another appointment. 

I struggled on but my depression got worse and I now suffer from anxiety too.

Again I was referred to a CPN. This time I was told the service they provide was not suitable nor sufficient for my current condition (which includes self-harm and suicidal thoughts, both they are aware of).  I was told I would be referred to the psychiatrist again for a review of my medication and for advice on what help was suitable for me. 3 months later I called the centre to find out where I was on the waiting list only to be informed I was not on the waiting list nor any other. There has been no report, referral or discussion of my case at all! I was told the CPN would contact me to discuss this and over a week later I'm still waiting.

I have no confidence in this service anymore and I feel totally lost and alone
