Communication between Dr (as there was only one working) and nurses.

Communication between nurses and patients.

Anything else?

After sitting for four and a half hours in the A & E department (on a Thursday night, which according to the receptionist was not busy) I have an extremely painful back because the seats in this area were so uncomfortable.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience of A&E was not a positive one. We will feed these comments back to our colleagues to comment on. We recognise that communication is an ongoing issue for the organisation, and believe that with the introduction of more doctors in senior clinical posts within the organisation we will have more success in addressing this vital area. We hope any future experience will be better.
