"My care on PAU and ambulatory"

About: Bassetlaw Hospital / Maternity care

From the moment I made contact with this hospital I felt listened too and cared for, I am 19 weeks pregnant and received no help or reassurance from the community services , let alone an assessment . So decided to make contact with the Pregnancy assessment unit , I was reassured and told to make my way to see them when convenient , on arrival the staff were welcoming and during my assessment reassured me I had done the correct thing presenting , once they were happy my baby was well and safe they didn’t just say great that’s our job done, they went the extra mile and referred me to Amularatory care , here once again I was made to feel important and cared for the nurse and health care assistant on here couldn’t have done a better Job

Thank you to all staff

Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience at Bassetlaw Hospital with us.

I am so pleased to read you had such a positive experience and found our staff to be so welcoming and caring.

I hope you are feeling better and you can now sit back and enjoy your pregnancy now that you feel reassured.
