"Excellent care ward 12"

About: The James Cook University Hospital / Older people's healthcare

As a family we are extremely grateful to the excellent care being given to our relative on ward 12 . We have found every member of staff from the cleaners , health care, nurses, sisters and practitioner to the manager and Drs who go out of their way to be kind and helpful to patients and relatives. The ward Is often busy but staff remain professional and deal with the daily pressures often in difficult circumstances. We would like to say thank you and well done, we know our relative is in safe hands.
