About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

I attended with an injury to my knee. I took a book, I was expecting a big wait time. Instead, I was greeted professionally, seen within 10 mins, within another 10 I was in x-ray, and within another 10, Iwas bandaged up , given advice and sent on my way. 

As well as timely, the service was professional and personable. It was actually enjoyable.!

John and Lauret looked after me, they were a credit to the NHS, as was the lady on reception
