"Let down."

Asked to be referred around April 2017. Finally got an appointment for assessment. Saw someone about four times, I told them I wasn't coping well. Was told I was nearly at top of the list to be seen so she wouldn't see me again. Ring if I wanted to. That was August 2017. February 2018 someone contacted me for appointment. I went and was seen afew times but didn't think CBT was for me. Got the impression they thought I was being awkward. They gave me the number for MIND. Have messaged this person several times had no reply at all. Am I on their list or not. Told them I've messaged MIND twice with no reply. STILL no answer. I've said I need help and STILL no response. I feel totally let down and abandoned. Would not recommend to anyone.
