"Catering services"

My stay at the Nuffield for a recent gynae op was fine. However, I was in for 24 hrs and wasn't offered a cup of tea! I couldn't walk easily or get hold of catering services. They forgot to take a meal order so I was given the all day menu and could only eat chicken salad as I'm gluten allergic. My blood pressure was low and this delayed getting discharged ...some hot food would have helped!
