"South West London ery professional and friendly"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

I have attended the introduction to relax and Meditation course at Vestry Hall for the last few weeks and I will complete my final session soon. I have found the course extremely beneficial in coping with depression, anxiety and addiction which has brought me to my knees in the last few years. The course has been run excellently by Angelika and Stella. They have both been very professional and friendly in there approach, have encouraged us to participate and contribute fully in the sessions, and encouraged a very relaxed environment. Which as an added bonus has brought a great deal of laughter at times to the sessions...

With regards to the meditation on the course we have learnt many different types of meditation and it has helped me enormously with being able to stay in the moment, find some inner peace and has greatly improved my mood after each session I have attended. Meditation has now become something that is part of my weekly routine thanks to this course and I would and will highly recommend it to others...

Dear Merton17

My name is Farai and I am the Engagement & Experience Co-ordinator for the Trust.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive story about the Recovery College and endorsing it. I am glad to see that the courses you have taken have had a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.

I will be passing this feedback to the Recovery College Manager so that Angelika and Stella are aware of the compliments they have received.

I wish you all the best on your recovery journey.

Kind regards

Farai
