About: Colchester General Hospital / Accident and emergency

I posted a comment on the website last week hoping for a reply. When it didn't arrive I looked at some of the other comments and I noticed that if you were positive and gave the hospital 5 stars then you got a response within a couple of days.

I have noticed a pattern here, as if you were not satisfied, then the hospital did not leave a comment, and I guess, it gets ignored.

Come on Colchester, do the right thing and respond to those who have not had good service and maybe need some reassurance, rather than just thank those who were happy.

Consistency is needed here!!!
