What I liked
The 3rd floor Reception staff remained courteous and calm in spite of queues of patients, and difficulties with appointments eg: patients coming at the wrong time / wrong day / wrong month.
When doctors spoke - however briefly - to their patients in the waiting area, they did so with a sense of partnership in the patient's wellbeing.
The whole atmosphere within RLHIM is one of aiming towards improved health.
What could be improved
Unfortunately, Pharmacy were short-staffed, leading to delays.
"I wish all of my hospital needs could be met by..."
