"Excellent service"

I have recently visited ent department at Warwick hospital. Having previously visited ent department at Coventry hospital I can honestly say that I never had such a great experience of care there. For the first time I felt like someone truly wants to take care of me and help me. For the last 3 years my life has been affected by vertigo, migraines and dizziness. I haven’t been offered any scans or any further tests apart from hearing test at Coventry hospital for such a long time. Yesterday at Warwick hospital during my first visit I have had more tests done than for the whole 3 years suffering. I also have been offered mri scan and further appointments. I am feeling hopeful now.
