(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Its early days yet but coming into the Inclusion office is something I now look forward to as a space I feel safe and valued. Enough so that I began to feel that way towards myself. Thank you.

Hi

let me say this - you ARE valued! You are important to us and we want the best for you. Keep attending taking as much as you can from the sessions you attend. There will be a time when you will feel strong enough to move on and away from services like ours but until you do, keep coming!
