My mum fell and I took her to Medway. I was told my mum had dislocated her shoulder.

I just want to thank the nurse and doctors who helped my mum, they were fantastic. I had anticipated being at the hospital for many hours but it turned out that we were only there for a couple of hours.

Thanks again Medway you were fantastic!
