What could be improved
well what i thing needs to be improved is staff , we had app with a consultant to tell us the finding regarding our second baby (this was very important after the first child was born disabled) anyway the doctor was in the middle of operating this what the other doctor said ( when i finished the app the consultant was walking in ) the other dr told us that he was around so please stop fooling and lying to people , we had to discuss the finding of an MRI scan and some sugar test the Dr done 10min talking to my wife then 50min waiting for the result of the MRI scan to come trough the fax machine , she did not even know that we where there to find out the findings i thing this is very poor you knew you had a patient coming so the results should been there , the Dr that said that the consultant was in the middle of opertaion said that they have to rely on the other hospital that this is not the case is just there is no managment what so ever and the Dr was just passing the bug on some one else that how NHS is wasting money with poor staff i am only praying that our child is born with out problems and that staff should take some pride in what they are doing not just seeing people as numbers .
