"Amazing Birth Experience Thanks to Highly..."

I had my first baby here in February 2018. My experience from walking through the Jasmine Suite doors to leaving with our healthy baby girl was faultless!

I had my own en suite room which was cleaned throughly everyday. Tea and coffee facilities as well which felt like a home from home. My partner was able to stay with me during our 3 night stay and was made to feel very much involved and welcomed by all staff on the Jasmine Ward.

My delivery did not go according to my birthing plan but the staff who helped welcome our baby girl into the world made me feel very in control at all times. I was given options and in depth knowledge of these so I could make an informed decision.

I can not fault how quickly and efficiently I was attended to when I needed help, advice or guidance. There was a change around of staff during my stay, however, they always introduced themselves and had full knowledge of my medical history.

As I was a new mum and breastfeeding, the staff helped me to successfully establish this and to which I am still nursing my baby to date.

A huge, huge thank you to all the staff, especially on the Jasmine Ward, for all of your amazing help and support with my birth. My partner and myself have left the Jasmine Ward with a great birthing experience and beautiful baby girl.
