"Appalling communication"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

My dad has been in here for three weeks and undergone 3 minor procedures in this time. He has been diagnosed with a tumour on his pancreas. The lack of communication between patient and staff is unbelievable and the mixed messages we have received has made his care almost farcical.
