"The Orthotics Shoes department at Queen Marys..."

After a previous criticism of the Shoes department I have to add that I am pleased that I have only had to wait a few weeks for my appointment this time. Whether the shoes will fit or not I don't yet know but I was told it was the new suppliers who caused the delay in my getting shoes. I do think the staff might have hurried them up though.The man I saw was and has always been pleasant to me and in the past I have always had good new shoes in just several weeks so the problems with this are unusual. I think on the whole they all do a fairly good job.
