(as a relative),

I would like to thank all the staff from Lincoln County Hospital A& E, radiology and the stroke ward who looked after my mother in law on Wednesday to her discharge today. I’m sure if it wasn’t for their quick actions it could have been a very different outcome. I can’t thank you enough
