"Nurse led non-urgent treatment service"

I attended with my son who needed some treatment for a burn. This is the first time I have used the service and found everyone extremely caring and thoughtful. The receptionist were professional and polite and the nurses were fantastic, couldn't fault it.

We did have to wait a while to be seen, but so did everyone else and it was still much better than going to A&E.
