"Very informative - big thank you"

How nice to walk in to a clean clinic and be met by cheerful people. My wife and I were met by Janet Liang who introduced herself, and taken by lift upstairs where we were all offered warm or cold drinks. The agenda was explained by Jan telling us all sandwiches and fruit and drinks would be supplied at lunch.

Jan went on to explain in a very thorough way all about living with heart failure, what to do and how to make life more tolerable. After lunch Jan introduced all the people to a dietician, who explained all about what foods to eat and what not to eat, a lot of emphasis was placed on salt and quantities. After the talk by the dietician, Jan checked most peoples blood pressure and heart rythym, went through our medication and made recommendations.

All in all a very informative day and well presented, may I just add a very big thank you to Jan and the dietician for a well presented day. All the best for the future.
