Obtaining a blood test appointment appears to be a real problem. Your doctor gives you a form and, if you go to reception, you are given a yellow paper which provides two numbers and you can choose the english-speaking or welsh-speaking line. Ighose 01978 316420 and was told to phone another number beginning 03000. Is this really necessary or is it provided so that someone can go home early? I found the physiotherapy department quite superb. It would save a good deal of trouble if all departments provided the same high standard of service.
