"Disappointed"

About: North Middlesex Hospital / Breast surgery

I am very disappointed about north Middlesex hospital. They change the appointments every month without a reason,without asking me if I am ok. Is not a simple caught or a flu. It is about breast. I call them to ask the reason and to ask some advices beacause I can’t stay like that....and no one answer. I was calling half hour and they was keep busy. They dont explain properly about your illness,they don’t advise you,they ask the nurse how to write a letter. They are so slow,to relax and careless

Dear Mrs Matei,

I am sorry to hear about your negative experience in regards to our Breast department. This is not the way we wish to run our department or the care we would like to provide to our patients.

Unfortunately your appointments were cancelled due to the Consultant being on annual leave, I apologise if you were not informed of these cancellations and I will look into the reasons why. Our Consultants must give 6 weeks notice for all annual leave requests and therefore you should have been notified as soon as this was authorised.
