We have been attending Rachel house CHAS hospice in kinross now for several years and I can't fault the care and attention  we get from the whole team. When we first arrived 5 years ago I was petrified and had no idea what to expect. They were all so lovely and made myself. My eldest son feel so welcome and at ease. My youngest had a very rare genetic condition and our time as a family is precious and so important. Rachel House allows us to laugh and spend quality time together. It also always me to give my eldest son 1 to 1 time. We love Rachel house and can't thank them enough. They are our lifeline! ! !

Dear Malteaser

Thank you so much for lovely comments about Rachel House. We often hear from families how difficult it is coming for the first time, so I am pleased to hear that the staff made you feel so welcome and that you have now been able to benefit from the services for 5 years.

It sounds as though being able spend time with your older child is really important to you, and coming to Rachel House has enabled you to have this time together.

I will ensure that I pass on your thanks to the team here at Rachel House.
