What I liked
Very pleased with the excellent service in the Physiotherapy Department. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. Appointments were all bang on time. My physiotherapist listened well and involved me in my treatment; he assessed my progress thoroughly on each visit and helped me move on to the next stage with his advice and encouragement. He has very powerful thumbs which were a great boost!
What could be improved
Nothing, it's all very good. Makes you proud of the NHS.

There is no heading for Physiotherapy in the list so I'd be grateful if this feedback could be directed to the right people.
