"Lack of privacy and patient awareness"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford)

Having attended today for an ultrasound of my breast, I was saddened by the attitude of the medical imaging staff, not only were they abrupt with me, whilst I was having my ultrasound scan and naked for the top half, staff wandered in and out without knocking and had a whispering conversation in front of me.

Highly unprofessional and left me feeling very vulnerable.

I have had visits to the hospital on previous occasions and have never been treated with such disregard.
