(as the patient),

On arrival at the surgery I was checked in very quickly.

The nurse called me in at my appointment time exactly and directed me to the room.

She enquired what my visit was for and asked questions about my health since my last visit.

Overall my experience was very positive and I felt that the surgery was well run and organised.

Sorry for our late response to your lovely comments made about us here at Birley Health Centre, we strive to be a good team and give the service patients require. Its good to hear you were happy with all areas of the surgery.
