About: Blackburn Rd. Medical Ctr.

Went to see doctor today about my depression and hay fever. Wasnt happy at all 15 minutes late in appointment for them to not ask many questions on how i was feeling or anything like that. Also got advised to buy my own hay fever tablets to try out different ones i mentioned my breathing at night and in a morning didnt do any tests to check my breathing just said is to do with your hay fever. To me they was running late on appointments and didnt.have time for me to say how i was feeling or owt like that.

I am sorry that you felt you didn't receive a good service from the Practice on your last visit.

Sometimes the Doctors will suggest getting over the counter medication for a diagnosis, if they think it will save the patient money, over a prescription.

However if you feel that you need to book a further appointment, please contact the Reception team to arrange.
