"Disappointing visit"

I popped in Cobridge Sexual Health Clinic last Saturday. I arrived 20 minutes before the clinic's opening. I knew I was the 23rd patient arriving there, waiting in the queue, so quite long of waiting time. The clinic opened, we all entered the premises and completed the form. I was informed by a note on a board there that patients may not be seen in the order they arrived. Infants/kids under 16s and patients in pain are priority. I am 28/9 weeks pregnant and I was not considered to belong to the priority category. I had to wait 3.30 hours before I was seen, and people arriving even one hour later than me were called before me because they were prioritized. Is this fair? Why my unborn baby is not considered as a priority? is it normal for a pregnant women to sit 3.30 hours waiting without food and see other people arriving later to be served first? What's the point to arrive earlier to the clinic if you are not going to be seen even in the order you arrive? Why don't you consider as a priority a pregnant woman in her 3rd semester experiencing backaches, shortness of breath, frequent urination, heartburn, fatigue and any other kind of uncomfortable feeling? Although the doctor examined me was really helpful, cooperative, friendly and treated me with respect, the overall experience was disappointing and unacceptable for me.
