"Shambles"

About: University College Hospital

I went in on a Saturday morning for an endoscopy. The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had high expectations unfortunately I am know better off. I was taken for my procedure in my street clothes. No gown just took the off my shoes and got on the bed. I had the sedation and after the procedure, the nurse told me that they had to abort the procedure because I kept pulling out the camera. I am in complete shock. Never I'm my life have I experienced such a shambles and the I would of at the very least expected the doctor to see me and explain. So I am at home, in pain, I can't hold down food I'm vomiting with after even drinking water and I seriously feel like jumping out of the nearest window. The pain is unbelievable.
