This was my second visit in 12 weeks and each time, from reception to Doctors, treated with utmost respect.
First visit naturally a little pensive and once I had my bearings,no problem navigating to appropriate rooms.Very clear on indicating screens for people with poor eyesight.
My second visit to hospital was spent mainly in Arthroplasty Department and here
both Doctors seen have been superb in every way, with their explanations of all treatment a required with all reasons. An unexpected xray was required, and Doctor escorted me to the department, not just expected to find own way, which the latter I am sure is just the norm in other hospitals. Also this same doctor escorted me to the main door as I left department, just treated with kindness and dignity.
On leaving,as visit quite some time, visited the toilet. Spotless.
I do have to have a further visit and an operation once all tests completed, but know I shall have the best treatment available in all departments.
