"Praise For Quality of Treatment Received"

Having had a hand operation at Burnley General Hospital, (praiseworthy review already sent)

I am currently receiving aftercare treatment at Royal Blackburn GH. I cannot praise their professionalism and quality of treatment enough.They are polite,, communicative and obviously very proficient in the work they do. Their workloads have led to short delays in my appointment being met timely, but that is a small price to pay for a service which is responsible for my speedy recovery. Many thanks to both of them and all those at RBGH for maintaining a very clean and pleasant environment.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback regarding the care and service you received during your treatment and we are delighted to pass this on to the staff who will very much appreciate your comments as they always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care.
