"An example of the NHS at it's best"

From the moment I arrived at the accident and emergency department I was made to feel I was in good hands. The staff were professional and genuinely concerned.and expedited me through the system with professional ease. Each step was fully explained to me in advance and obviously helped to put me at ease, and while any illness is to be taken seriously a little bit of appropriate light hearted humour a long the way is to be welcomed to help relieve any stress. I was eventually admitted to a ward and spent three day's in good hand's. No complaint's from me in any respect. Thank you all.
