"Excellent care - difficult access"

What could be improved

My mother comes to Lister for cancer treatment & due to her illness , cannot walk very far.

As she is on her own she comes by taxi. In the old days she would get dropped off at the main entrance - a short walk from the lifts to the cancer dept. Now, the taxi cannot get her any nearer than the A & E entrance. She is unable to manage the walk up the hill to the main entrance & now has to go through A & E to the lifts. This is a much longer distance & is very difficult when you are on your own. There needs to be a short term drop off point near the main entrance of any hospital - after all , the reason people come here is because they are sick!
