"WAITING TIMES CRAZY!"

About: Royal Derby Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Forget parking, you cannot get into the hospital for queues. Forget free disabled parking as they charge extortionately for disabled people to park. Then you wait and wait to be seen. Yet the NHS moans about people missing appointments! Laughable!

I wait minimum of two hours to be seen by my knee consultant in orthopaedics

All of these are booked appointments.

And the attitude of these consultants is terrible. They are rushed, pushy and incorrect in their diagnosis. When proved wrong with X-rays they don't conceed.

I would firstly like to say that I am extremely sorry that you have had cause to complain. I appreciate that you will not have done so lightly and I would like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
