Finally pain free and sleeping after a couple of years of problems. The doctor is an excellent GP.

He’s straightforward and explains things. Prescribed a new course of pills to me, I was dubious they would work but they have and feel fabulous.

Unfortunately now due to the incredible rude and unhelpful pharmacy I will be going away on holiday without the medication.

Despite trying for the last 4 days to get it resolved.

I leave on Tuesday 6am , today is Friday and the earliest they can get me a prescription is Tuesday after I’ve already left.

After 2 year of pain I was thrilled to find something that worked.

Now I will be in pain for my holidays.

What a fabulous caring pharmacy you are. You must feel so proud.

We are really sorry to hear about the problem you have experienced.

Our Policy over a Bank Holiday weekend is to allow 72 hours for prescriptions to be ready for collection however when patients are going on holiday we always endeavour to prioritise them.

Please contact our Patient Services Supervisor directly so that she can try to resolve this issue for you.
