"AMAZING!!"

I've never dealt with such amazing hospital staff! they honestly were the most amazing team of specialists, from the beginning being prepped for surgery to recovery and then staying overnight. EVERY single member of staff I come into contact made every effort to calm my nervous and make me feel at ease. I couldn't praise the staff enough! before I had my surgery I was told I would be in and out the same day, unfortunately this wasn't the case when I woke up in recovery, after having a mini melt down and being very upset the staff were incredible and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. I was on the Somerset ward for 1 night 2 days and all the nurses were INCREDIBLE! the most amazing care was provided and for once you actually felt as though they loved their job and want to do anything possible to make your stay better. even the lady who brought the lunches was super lovely! I have to go back this year for more surgery and im not one bit worried after the care from the previous visit.
