"Unable to get me the relevant maternity..."

I have now had 2 doctors appointment where I have specifically informed both the GP and receptionist that I require a referral to a Rotherham based midwife. I have had 2 referrals sent to the Doncaster midwife trial. When I have just spoken to the receptionist to ask for the referral to be faxed to the relevant people she was very rude and said I would have to wait for even longer for a request to be actioned, why should I be inconvenienced by this even more when it is them not doing their job right in the first place. I feel I have suffered extra stress and also this is a breach of the new GPDR legislation as my data has been sent to somewhere I have not consented it to be sent too now on a number of occassions.
