"Treated incredibly rudley"

Called at 0813 friday morning before bank holiday. asked for callback and told there were none and to wait til tuesday, explained i had pain my my ribs and chest and required stronger pain relief and was given an emergency appointment however the receptionist was incredibly rude and questioned my needs and pain issues.

Received a call back around 0830 that left me in tears to the point where i hung up. I was told that i had ample time to call during the week and if im able to work im not that sick. I have anxiety which males me not want to call until im desperate.I was told i was taking up the line for sick children and people with sepsis. The doctor on the phone spoke down to me so much I hung up the call.

I will be transferring away from there service after this. I am humiliated and hurt by this treatment.
