Yet again another dreadful experience at this survey, I try to avoid the doctors as they can’t or want do much, most of the nursing staff are good and I’ve never had a problem with them, I’ve found them more helpful than the doctors, but that has all changed, my encounter with a very aggressive, rude, argumentative one this week, has left me in know doubt that I’ve got to leave this surgery. I’m a chronically ill person, that’s been ill for 13 years desperate to find answers and to be well again, the treatment I’ve received here this week is tantamount to failure, I did want to use another word, but I’ve tamed it down, failure to provide the necessary treatment to a chronically ill patient. The nurse was calling me rude for answering her questionsing that she took to the reception area, if someone is questioning you in front of staff and patients, which should not of happened, but then calling me rude for answersing her, if someone engages in a conversation it’s a two way thing, not bombarded oneway. I really didn’t need this treatment. After an extremely stressful encounter, Strortly after leaving i experience an extremely painful chest pain, which went on most of the night, the next day I was in a and e with a health care professional, when I received a call from the surgery, the health carer was shocked at how rude and aggressive the lady on the phone Was to me and comment that she thought that the person had spoken to me in a rude, degrading and aggressive way.
"Rude, defensive, unhelpful, argumentative, no..."
