"From 1 star to 4 star"

North Park has definitely improved a lot over the past 18 months, the G.P’s especially, they are caring, empathetic and listen to your concerns. You feel like you are not rushed, and the Doctor explains everything regarding your tests, treatment and follow up care, previously this was rarely the case, you were lucky to spend 2 mins in your consultation. I would have given 5 stars, however; trying to get an appointment is still an issue. I once telephoned over 100 times before getting through, only to be told to call back the next day.
