"Rhinoplasty regret"

On the plus side the hospital was clean but old, the staff was really friendly and helpful at the start...

Having had my rhinoplasty I was told it would take about 12 months to settle down. For example the swelling, I’ve been to every checkup appointment and seen my surgeon.

However when it come up to nearly my 12 month checkup, they have decided to change the name of the clinic however it’s still the same person who owns the Rotherham clinic as well as Liverpool. They’ve closed the clinic but opened up in a new name to get out of there responsibilities.

They have got rid of my surgeon, and now are refusing to give me revision surgery, I have been in touch with my surgeon through email which I have had to search and chase up for my self without any help from the clinic. She says she will do the revision surgery in her work place that she works at now, however I will have to pay for the theatre team. This is because the person who owns the birkdale clinics won’t let her do my surgery there for free.

As you can tell I haven’t had a very easy and good experience with the birkdale clinic in fact I have had a nightmare with sorting and chasing up facts about everything which I should of been informed of, or even better none of the hassle happening. I am now gettting fobbed off with the staff, and this is not I was expecting, when you pay for surgery you are supposed to be intitled to after care and revison surgery, NOT being misled or having to chase things up without being helped and constantly chasing people and leaving messages for them to ring me back. For them not to and then being lied to you don’t get anywhere it’s the same story and it’s not the truth I’m recieving lies, this was supposed to make me feel more confidence in my appearance however I’m left with a nose that I dislike and doesn’t suit my face.

If I was you I would stay well away from this clinic as it has been nothing but bad luck and misery.
