Suffolk & Norfolk well-being service is not fit for purpose it can’t even get the basics right , communication is confused & badly communicated. Whoever is in charge of running the overall service needs to seriously up their game, when it comes to managing this not fit for purpose service. Clear communication costs nothing, so having a tight budget isn’t even a valid excuse. You should be ashamed of the job your doing & the people you are letting down.
