"Worst GP Surgery I'm switching."

Ever since the NHS shut down our local GP surgery on Elers Rd and pushed us to this GP surgery it's been a nightmare.

1. I can never get through on the phones.

2. They don't have enough Dr's.

3. You have to wait more than a week to get an appointment.

4. The Dr's are under so much stress that they don't have the time to have a proper consultation.

I've just spent 30mins waiting on the phone for them to tell me theyre fully booked till end of the month and because theyre system won't let them book in June theres nothing they can do. Cowboys.
