My 3 day old granddaughter was admitted to the children's ward 9 at the LGI on
May 12th, . My daughter was allowed to stay with her overnight and because my daughter was so exhausted I was allowed to stay as well to look after her.
We received excellent care from all the nurses on duty that night.
They not only looked after my granddaughter and daughter but they looked after me as well. A special thank you to the staff nurse. An excellent, intelligent, sensitive nurse with a lovely manner, she anticipated all our needs bringing blankets setting up a bed and also taking out little baby to feed and care for her so we could sleep.
I am sorry I do not know the names of all the team of nurses that were in duty that night, but we are so grateful for the wonderful care we received.
Please pass on or thanks to this wonderful team of excellent nurses.
