"Day Surgery Unit, Queen Margaret Hospital"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

Yesterday, I had extensive surgery in my rightforearm to remove a giant lipoma.  From the moment I arrived to the time I left, I could not have been treated any better.  From the cleaning staff right up to the surgeon, I was informed of every stepin a clear and concise manner. It is clear to me in this age of austerity, staff are stretched to the limit with reducing numbers and limited resources.  Despite the foregoing, every me ber of staff had a smile, a little time to chat making sure that I had everything I needed to aid my recovery.  I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff I encountered yesterday, their professionalism and committment to my care was faultless. Thank you.
