(as a parent/guardian),

We attended the More than Words programme following a referral from Speech and Language who had been assessing our son after his 30 month Health Visitor assessment. The programme was fantastic as was the Programme Lead, Anne. Anne's advice, listening skills and genuine interest in our children's progress was very apparent. As well as meeting the intended need in giving us strategies to help our sons social communication problems, the programme provided a great opportunity to meet other parents in a similar position.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the Hanen More Than Words Programme. I am very pleased that you have been able to benefit and are finding the strategies useful for your son.

I will certainly pass your feedback on to Anne.

As you say, as well as the benefits of the programme, a lot of parents find it helpful to meet other parents in a similar situation so I hope your feedback encourages other parents to attend the programme.
