"Pretty poor"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

After a somewhat decent Dermatology consultant, I was taken to a treatment room. I wasn't warned until after the fact that the treatment can stain clothes and have had a favourite limited edition band t-shirt ruined with staining.

After being given a prescription, I wasn't told that only the Boots pharmacy (in the Queens Centre) would take my prescription - this led to a lot of confusion as I tried to find my way as I didn't know where the Boots pharmacy was - only the main one is sign posted.

Twice, I was redirected to the main pharmacy before someone told me I needed to be at the Queens Centre for the Boots pharmacy. Why the main hospital pharmacy can't process Dermatology prescriptions is beyond me but it was a bad experience all round.
