"Hip Replacement"

My treatment from beginning - the consultation - to the end - discharge was exemplary.

The staff were professional, kind, caring, attentive, helpful, all absolutely wonderful.

I was very nervous but was reassured constantly all the way through.

I probably wasnt the easiest of patients being so nervous but I was made to feel special and cared for.

The catering staff were absolutely super and couldnt do enough to ensure

I had what I wanted.

The cleaners were so kind and hard working.

The actual surgery was faultless and after care wonderful.

Every single person at The Spire was there for the patient.

I thank them all.

The only blip was an admin one at the very beginning as I changed my operation date.

This was all quickly resolved with lots of apologies and fresh paperwork.

That can be a little frightening when one is as nervous as I was but all sorted with no further blips.
